[PD] latency for RME Hdsp on Windows

hm, interesting.
The other day we had another problem with Portaudio ASIO on a HDSP 
system on WinXP: channels were not in sync, differed by multiples of 64 
samples.
Is this a known problem, and are there any solutions?
