[PD] How use external (like pyext) with PD 0.38-3 for Mac

Hi,

I'm using the last package from Miller (PD 0.38-3 for mac), and I'm lost...
How can I specify commands  line option with this application ?
For Pyext, I know, I must have something like "pd -lib py -path script', 
but where can I type this ? (it's a standalone application).
I'm trying to modify files in the application, but no success...
