[PD] latency for RME Hdsp on Windows

Hi lalo,

I use:
- RME ADI-8 PRO, latency: 84samples (=39 DAC + 43 ADC)
- Digiface: latency: 74 samples
- HDSP-driver, ASIO: buffer size: 64samples
- pd, Win2000, ASIO: block size: 64samples, audiobuf:10ms, bufs:8, 
framesperbuf:64.

Measured latency (=dac~ -> Digiface -> DAC -> Loopback cable -> ADC -> 
ADC -> adc~): 16.65ms or 799samples at 48kHz.

Setting lower values in my system leads to losing synchronisation or/and 
clicks in audio. Perhaps you can do something with these settings...
