[PD] gem freeze ...

hi all ...

i've got a problem with gem on my machine (ATI Technologies Inc Radeon
Mobility M6 LY) with a simple gem patch:

this works fine for some time, but not for long ... the machine freezes
(or at least it doesn't respond any more) 
the specific part of dmesg is:
