hi all,
i don't understand how limiter~ (from zexy) works. here's the [print]
2-channel compressor @ 44.099998kHz
output-limit = 100.000000dB
treshold = 70.000000dB
input-limit = 130.000000
ratio = 1:2.000000
hold = 30.000001ms
release = 138.942510ms
amplify = 63.979401dB
ok, output-limit is a limiter right. so never ever my audio will go
above this limit? treshold is where the compressor start to work... ok.
input-limit is what?
what i don't understand is 100(dB) = 0(dB)? then 70(dB) = ??? i'm using
meterbridge to monitor (dB): from -70(dB) to (0dB). also input-limit is
in (dB)?
amplify is the result of the compression right?
thank you,
patrick
