[PD] Two "Pd-extended.app" releases: 0.38-4 and 0.39test2

Which version?  Did you try the extended-RC0 version?  That one  
requires Jack to be installed, unfortunately.  I'll release one with  
out the Jack requirement in about a week, after I am done with the NIME  
conference.
