[PD] strange behaviour loading py

Hi people,
I'm getting a strange behaviour loading py/pyext 0.1.4 in pd in windows
xp. If i load the external at startup with the -lib flag, pd will refuse
to open any patches afterwards. Loading the external after startup ([py])
doesnt do this, and scripting works fine. Ive tried python 2.3.5 and
2.4.1, and it's the same.
