[PD] cannot access cvs repository

Hm, so then the different CVS server names and IPs don't seem to
matter? I admit, I didn't test.

Anyway, the way to access CVS has changed about a year ago, so if
anyone has an old CVS mirror lying around, you should deleted it and
start from scratch. 

And as always: A more detailed description of "doesn't work" is always
useful.
