[PD] usb video + [pix_video] = pd crash

Hi!

This pops up from time to time...
There is a special Gem version 0.90.1 for Windows with working camera support.
It is hidden in between the other 0.90.0 versions, so since most people 
take the  gem-bin-doc-0.90.0.zip file they have crashing live video in.

The right Version should work:
http://gem.iem.at/download/gem-bin-0.90.1.zip
