[PD] missing deg2rad in zexy

Hi!

I've got patches with deg2rad, sph2cart and some other conversion 
objects which were included in zexy 1.3. Yesterday, I updated zexy to 
2.0 and pd can't find those objects. Do you know where can I find them 
and why they were excluded from zexy?
