[PD] PD with RAT

Hey Pat,

For RAT you should look into how the accessgrid II python API works and
use that to control RAT through the "py" external. I have a feeling
though that RAT is still standalone and all the API does it exec it with
the proper flags... :( pretty useless. Maybe you should offer to write a
RAT in PD. ;)
