[PD] Pd-0.38-4-extended-RC1 with jack server -- Mac OS X

RC1 has no Jack support.  RC0 requires Jack.  RC2 should have optional  
Jack support, but I don't use Jack, so I can't promise it'll work.  I  
just compile with Jack support.  Does the Jack support work in RC0?
