The biggest problem with usability is that it's a particularly subjective 
aspect of software. One man's sidekick is another man's hurdle; one man's 
clarity is another man's confusion.

In practice it tends to become political, polarized between two types of 
people: power users versus casual users... or other similar axes of 
dissention.
