[PD] resizing pd windows from within a patch ... and gop in general

Miller has already put this in the test version (in CVS?).

better late than never!

A red "box" shows the GOP frame inside a GOP abstraction. I'm not sure
what test version this is in. Miller did you also fix the gaining 2
pixels bug in this version?
