[PD] flext-based objects and pd 0.39

Hi all,
i found a solution and it's in cvs - by default, initial attributes
given to an objects are not hidden any more (but they can be by defining
FLEXT_ATTRHIDE, which yields a flext build that is non-portable between
PD versions). Flext-based externals built with the current flext cvs
version should thus be running ok under 0.39 and other PD versions.
The new look of flext objects with attributes is probably closer to the
PD paradigm and not too a bad compromise.

best greetings,
Thomas
