[PD] pidip-0.12.19 doesnt load

ola,

mm, now that you added that path,
i think you should recompile ffmpeg AND pidip
and then it should load...

but, i still wonder why people use ffmpeg,
it's been made optional and is kinda abandonned here....
( using theora )
