[PD] hsl bug

hi there,

setting the range of a horizontal slider to (0,0) and
setting its value to 0 afterwards results in weird
results with pd 0.38.4 on win2k (see the attached
patch): the slider thingie (the knob you usually grab
with the mouse - what's that called?) appears far off
the hsl object somewhere in the outer left of the
patch, which is at least an aesthetic annoyance.
setting the range to (0,1) and setting the value to 0
works as expected.
This bug does not occur with pd 0.37.1.
