I have 0.37.4 thats not new enough i guess

ALSA MIDI Patchbay ...hmmmmm

have to do some research about that, is that a terminal programm that i
can run ? Or is it just a hidden lib somewhere ??

No..i dont want ;-) 

I was thinking to just run one or more instances of alsaplyer through
jack-rack and control it from pd..not too much pd-hacking for things
that run fine ;-)
