[PD] not moving numbers in 0.38.2 + help problem

no, i am talking about few numbers.
also there is a problem with help patches. if i try to open help -> pure
documentation -> something.pd, i get empty patch displaying x819f8d8 on
decoration of openbox. i guess this was somewhere discussed before.
