[PD] World clock in PD using Hammerfall HDSP Multiface?

Ah, so world clock is just to sync sampling...
So then my next question is what is the preffered method to sync two 
machines both using say a 80 BPM timeing, so that both machines start 
measures at the same instant?

(on two machines both bang 1 at the same time)

I would think netsend/recieve or noteout/in would have some sort of 
overhead that would through things off...
