[PD] Change a signal's pitch :: octaver

The Octave Divider in the examples seems to be a frequency shifter (like 
the Bode) but it would be fun to build a Octaviator/Octaver like the 
guitar/bass pedal fx, although it qualifys as the least natural sounding 
pitching device. Its a frequency divider and the results are naturally 
rectangular waveforms which sounds in most cases terrible but sometimes 
interesting timbres show up.
