[PD] OSC for Windows

I would be extremely interested in the results
because I would rather urgently like to use OSC with PD on WinXP, but 
don't have any experience with CVS or compiling C programs or anything 
like this.
Also I got two versions of an osc.dll but don't seem to be able to get 
them working
