[PD] Webcam&hardware requirements

Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it!

The reason for using a mac is because the person running this project needs a mac for later projects, which makes it more economically efficient to use it for this project as well. Otherwise I would have used a PC as I'm way more used to that :) The latency is not a big issue as the whole presentation on the webpage will be delayed about an hour compared to the input anyway. Still gonna check out the bttv cards tho, if it's that cheap I'll dig into it for future projects.
