[PD] OSX PD-extended

Hello pd users,
 I am trying to get pd going on a mac osx 10.2, so I downloaded the
installer from Han's page. After extracting it and moving the package to the
applications folder and copying the prefs to the pref file it still doesn't
work? When I click on the package it blinks in the icon bar a couple times
but then never starts. Could this be a tcl/tk problem? How do I check tcl/tk
on mac?
