[PD] looking for iemlib & iemmatrix

hi list
I'm looking for iemlib and iemmatrix  on os x . It'd be great to use 
these libs .
I actually tried the iem-part of Pd-0.38.4-extended-RC2.dmg
but I guess some are missing:

[vcf_lp4~]

  vcf_filter~ lp2
... couldn't create
  vcf_filter~ lp2
... couldn't create

unfortunately I'm not able to compile .
