The latest version I know is 0.3 from the CVS repository (in directory 
/externals/OSCx), so you must have some better one. Can you post some 
more information about your OSC lib?

This happened with OSC v<0.3 and was fixed in v0.3.

Yes. Download the DLL from <http://iem.at/~majdak/download/OSC/>. There 
is a package with sources, too. Or, look into the CSV repository for 
sources.
