[PD] ascseq reverse

Hi,
I just found the [ascseq] object. Working with type in GEM this makes 
loading text and writing out to the text objects a dream.

I found the object in references without much description. Im wondering 
if there is a reverse object, one that takes a list of decimal number 
and converts it to its referenced character. Like [ixprint] without the 
print feature.

Any clues?
