[PD] pool disappears

Hi list,

my pdversion is now Pd version 0.39-1
flext-is newly installed using 0.39-and pool is using the new flext--
unfortunately pool is still "disappearing" on the pd-gui when I try to 
activate it.

However-on my old pd-0.38-4 pool now works fine.
