[PD] Pd tutorials!

Yeah sorry about [pddp_print], I am probably going to remove that  
object.  These are currently just sketches.  Before gathering them all  
into a proper tutorial, standard GUI elements will need to be defined,  
including standard ways of displaying results.  I am not a big fan of  
[print] because it means that you have to go back and forth between  
windows.  And since its possible to have everything on one patch, I  
think that is the preferred way.  It really demonstrates the  
always-running, patch-is-the-program idea.
