[PD] [Gem] smoothing of polygons with ATI cards on OS X

interesting.
doing a short test lets me believe that it still looks better with  
the ATI cotrol-panel than with sending [FSAA 4( to gemwin.
this feature should be in the help files of gemwin and polygon_smooth.
