[pd] OS X Makefiles

Hi,

I'm pretty sure the PD distro comes with sample Makefiles I used in all my
simple externs on OSX... (6.externs) next to the famous 5.reference.

I don't know anything about makefiles but was able to edit those to suit
my needs.
