[PD] OSX 10.3.x pd installer supporting pdp

Those paths won't work with the Pd-extended installers, they are  
completely different.  But you don't need to set paths to use pdp/pidip  
with the new extended installers, just add these lines to the "Startup"  
preferences:

Gem
pdp
pidip

.hc
