[PD] pd setup on G5 + Digi 002

Hi João,

I too had the same problem with PD0.39-1, the 002 rack and G5. Pd saw the
002 put would not communicate. I wasn't able to spend the time to sought it
out because I moved onto other things but if you want me to try anything let
me know. I'll fire it up and have another look.
