[PD] TOT + HAMMER crash resolved

Try the latest Pd-extended.  Its got both objects and they seem to  
coexist fine.

You will need to add this to your path:

C:/progra~1/pd/extra/cyclone
C:/progra~1/pd/extra/toxy
