[PD] Re: missing libs in Windows Pd-extended

The ones that I specified as paths need to be paths until I get Pd  
compiling with MinGW.  Then I can apply the libdir patch, and you can  
go back to loading them as -libs.  They are not standard C-style  
libraries, but libdirs:
