[PD] cnv on windows and linux 1px too big

hi

a canvas is displayed 1px bigger in both dimensions than the values in
the setting dialogue. this wouldn't be a big problem, but on osx the
appearance of a canvas seems to be correct. some patches that use canvas
for designing purposes could look quite different on various platforms.

i assume this issue was introduced with pd-0.38 or pd-0.39. i didn't
check yet, if this is also an issue with other gui-objects.
