Actually, it looks like if you use Tk point sizes that the fonts are  
quite close on the various platforms, so pixel sizes (i.e. -10) might  
not be necessary.  Then tk scaling might be more of an option.

You can see that by changing all the font specs to Tk style.  Its just  
the box sizing that needs to change then.
