[PD] opening $0-subpatch bug?

It doesn't: "pp" (or "prepend" or nowadays: "list prepend") creates a
list. whose first element will be "pd-" in that case, so in the end
you have [; pd- vis 1(, which is not, what you want.

You really need to use [makefilename] here, it even is a builtin Pd
object.
