[PD] readsf~ and sampling rate

pd runs at the sampling rate you specify on the commandline or in the 
config files or in the media settings dialogue.

basically if your soundfile has a different speed than pd you'll have
to adjust the playback parameters accordingly, unforutnately this is
currently not possible with readsf~, use guenter's sfread~ if you have
it around.

for the same reasons, use phasor~ 0.5 -> *~ lengthoffile -> tabread4~

it does but your audio harware might not

oh BTW ugly workaround is of course to resample all your soundfiles to pd's
sample rate
