you might also be interested in my bagoftricks, which is in a somehow 
usable state atm, though not well documented. however, it has a 
pseudomodularanalogueemulation synth, 2 drumsynths (1 cheap, 1 neat 
pretty 909ish), a handful of effects, from reverb to lofi to compression 
to waveshaper to dist to pitchshift etc. at this state, it has some 
tutorial patches and a handful of help patches, but not enough to 
explain the sequencer that comes with it, nor how to use the synth.
ah, yes. most important of all, it has eyecandy colorchanging sliders ;) 
plus some useless utilities like an rpn calculator, or a pong animation...
grab the latest version at 
http://www.puredata.info/Members/syntax_the_nerd , but don't expect too 
much.
