mac has a built in IAC component. i think you might have to enable it from your applications folder or something, but that's all you need. configure pd's midi to IAC (this is maybe default anyway) and do the same for reason/ then you just send [noteout] [ctrlout] etc, and recieve with reason on the same chanel
