[PD] PdRC6 installer for OS X

Oops, pdp.pd_darwin didn't get included.  I am now building it from  
source rather than using a binary, and I guess there was a glitch in  
the process.  You can use the pdp.pd_darwin from RC5. pidip and pdp2gem  
binaries are included.
