[PD] pdp window snapshot

the reason for this is that the X11 window (pdp_xv) is
not refreshed when the window manager or another program asks..

the thing that might work is to use pdp_sdl (or pdp_glx with
indirect rendering) instead. at least, i've seen pdp_sdl retain
its content when dragging the window, which should indicate it
is refreshed on command.
