[PD] adding xsample library to Pd-0.38.4-extended-RC7

since Hans-Christoph says xsample is included into PD-extended, it 
should also be loaded at startup.
Do you get the xsample banner in the console (could you post your 
console output here?).
What exactly is not working for you? Are you able to create an 
[xgroove~] object?
