[PD] 0.392 Loading Libraries, WIN XP

Just delete all the Pd entries. I think you can just delete
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->PD in one step using regedit.
To run regedit, just type the name into "run program". Then Pd
will run like new again :)
