[PD] Pix_video dialog problem

You are using an unknown and unsupported version of GEM.  There is no
final release which supports the video control panel, although it
works just fine in the current CVS.  Your only options right now is to
either not use the dialog and wait for an updated release or build GEM
from CVS.
