[PD] Pd-0.39.2-extended-test0 for Mac OS X

on my 10.3.9 it crashes when trying to startup.

I tried to run it on the terminal but it says permission denied. Then i 
sudo just in case and it says command not found.

However millers 0.39-2 opens up without problems.
