[PD] pd-devel missing fftw3f

hi tim!

switching from gentoo to debian, i tried to compile from cvs pd-devel (using 
scons). where can i find fftw3f it complains about it (fftw3f no). i tried 
scons --help to see options, nothing about fftw. using debian unstable, i 
installed all packages with fft in their names :) still not working.

also it's been a while, i think you worked on devel for the threadsf? is 
cb_scheduler still an option or with jack 0.100 it's not necessary anymore?
