[PD] pdp window on another x display

[bigswift at cox.net]

my solution, since i use pdpcompose is 2 pdp_glx windows one pos 0 0 , dim 240 180
 the other 

posdim 1280 0 1280 1024

and then have Gem running on machine and slightly re-size the rectangle to remove the title bar.
