Are you using Quicktime 6.5 or 7?

I just booted my Powerbook back into 10.3 and tested with 6.5 and some
720x480 clips and they were smooth.  Under 10.4 and Quicktime 7 I see
some stuttering in both GEM and the Quicktime player app.  I'll look
into it further.
